摘 要:为了便于钢-混组合结构PBL剪力连接件设计,结合大量试验数据与作用统计参数,考虑规范规定车辆荷载与超载车辆荷载,采用JC算法逆运算求解PBL剪力连接件承载力抗力分项系数。首先根据国内外文献资料,统计PBL剪力连接件承载力的试验数据、作用统计参数与其组成材料的力学性能统计参数,采用误差传递公式计算出PBL剪力连接件抗剪承载力的均值比与变异系数;然后运用JC算法的逆运算求解抗力分项系数,得到PBL剪力连接件承载能力极限状态设计表达式。结果表明:对于恒载与汽车荷载作用下的PBL剪力连接件抗剪承载能力抗力分项系数,规范规定的车辆荷载作用下建议取1.1,超载车辆荷载作用下建议取3.24,该成果可以应用于PBL剪力连接件承载力极限状态设计。In this paper,the JC algorithm is applied to calculate the resistance partial coefficient of the load bearing capacity of PBL connectors,aiming to ease the design of PBL connectors in the steel-concrete composite structure.A large number of test data and action statistics are introduced and the vehicle loads(traditional vehicle loads)in controlling area and the vehicle loads(overloaded vehicles)in non-controlling area given in the codes are considered.Firstly,the test data concerning the load bearing behaviors of PBL connectors,action statistics,and the parameters reflecting the mechanical property of the materials of PBL connectors in both domestic and foreign literatures are collected,based on which,the mean ratio and variation coefficient of the shear capacity of PBL connectors are obtained by error propagation formula.Secondly,the inversion operation of JC algorithm is conducted to gain the resistance partial coefficient,and in turn figure out the design expression of the ultimate limit state of the load bearing capacity of PBL connectors.Under dead loads and vehicle loads,a value of 1.1 of resistance partial coefficient is suggested,while a value of 3.24 of resistance partial coefficient is recommended under oversize loads.The findings can be referenced in the ultimate limit state design of PBL connectors.
