摘 要:以青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)当年生半木质化嫩枝为试验材料,研究激素种类、激素浓度及其处理时间对青钱柳嫩枝扦插育苗的影响。结果表明:激素种类对青钱柳插穗生根影响最大;其次是激素浓度,处理时间影响最小。提高青钱柳嫩枝扦插生根率的最佳处理组合是当年生半木质化插穗在200 mg·L^(-1)GGR溶液中浸泡1 h,扦插生根率58.99%,平均生根数7.21条。Using the semi-lignified shoots of Cyclocarya paliurus as the test materials,this paper studied the effects of hormone types,hormone concentrations and treatment time on cuttings and seedlings of the shoots.The results showed that hormones had the greatest effect on rooting of C.paliurus cuttings,followed by hormone concentration,and treatment time had the least effect.The best treatment combination to improve the rooting rate of C.paliurus shoots cuttings was to soak the current year semi-lignified cuttings in 200 mg·L^(-1)GGR solution for 1 hour,which the cutting rooting rate was 58.99%,and the average rooting number was 7.21.
