从《云间谳略》看晚明女性的社会生存空间

摘　　要：明人毛一鹭的《云间谳略》收录了其担任松江府推官时的案件判语和公文。对书中女性材料的梳理可以发现,涉案女性中大部分为沉默的受害者。尽管晚明商品经济的发达为女性走入社会公共生活提供了更多的可能性,但捆缚女性的道德和法律枷锁并未松弛,她们无法获得经济独立,反而加速了自身的物化、商品化,其社会生存空间仍旧逼仄。Mao Yilu’s Yun Jian Yan Lue records judgments and official documents when he was a judge in Songjiang.By combing through the female materials in the book,we can found that most of the women involved are silent victims.Although the development of commodity economy of the late Ming Dynasty provides more possibilities for women to enter the social and public life,the moral and legal shackles of the woman haven’t been relaxed,they cannot gain financial independence,on the contrary,it accelerates their own materialization and commercialization,their social living space is still narrow.
