摘　　要：县支库作为央行经理国库的基层机构,是县级人民银行的重要职能部门,发挥着加强县域金融管理和服务财税、支持地方经济职能作用,但随着财政体制和税收体制改革的不断深入,县(市)支库在人员队伍、履职能力和职能定位上存在一定差距不足,本文通过研究分析地区国库履职现状,对提升基层央行国库部门履职能力提出了相应的政策建议。The county subtreasury manager the grass-roots organization of the purse,a central bank is an important functional departments at the county level of the people's bank,play to strengthen financial management and service to the functions of taxation,support the local economy,but with the deepening of the fi nancial system and tax system reform,county(city)subtreasury on personnel team,since the ability and the function localization is not enough,there is a certain gap Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of regional Treasury performance,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for improving the performance ability of Treasury departments of grassroots central banks.
