双层免绗缝尼龙防寒羽绒服面料的工艺研究

摘　　要：针对羽绒服面料普遍存在的极易产生静电及钻绒问题,将防泼水面料、防泼水透湿蓄热PU膜、20 D双层免绗缝尼龙面料通过热熔胶点贴复合,得到沾水等级为5级、透湿度在10000 g/m^(2)/24 h以上、耐静水压在10000 mm H_(2)O以上、具有蓄热功能的双层免绗缝尼龙防寒羽绒服面料。In view of the common problems of static electricity and pile drilling in down jacket fabrics,the water proof fabric,water proof permeable heat storage PU film and 20 D double layer quilted-free nylon fabric are compounded through hot-melt adhesive point pasting to obtain a double layer quilted-free nylon anti-cold down jacket fabric with water wetting grade of 5,moisture permeability of more than 10000 g/m^(2)/24 h,hydrostatic pressure resistance of more than 10000 mm H_(2)O and heat storage function.
