不同测试条件对棉涤针织物拼接互染色牢度的影响

摘　　要：针对针织物拼接运动服拼接互染易出现深色面料颜色互染、浅色面料易沾色的情况,文章对影响拼接互染色牢度的主要因素—洗涤时间、洗涤温度、洗涤剂与试样的浴比条件进行分析,并对检测结果进行研究与探讨。同时,还对洗涤法、浸泡法及常规成衣4N洗涤程序进行比较。经过分析发现,随着洗涤时间延长,棉织物的浅色面料沾色现象明显,溶剂沾色严重;洗涤温度在60℃时,棉织物与涤纶织物的浅色面料沾色和溶剂沾色现象显著;洗涤浴比对棉织物有轻微影响,对涤纶织物无显著影响。浸泡法的浅色面料沾色等级比洗涤法和成衣4N洗涤程序法低。According to the splicing and mutual dyeing of knit-splicing sports wear is easy to appear dark fabric color dyeing each other,light color fabric easy to color,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the color fastness after splicing and mutual dyeing,such as washing time,washing temperature,bath ratio condition of detergent and sample,and studies and discusses the test results.At the same time,the washing method,soaking method and conventional garment 4N washing procedures are compared.After analysis,it is found that when the washing time is prolonged,the light color staining of cotton fabric is obvious and the solvent staining is serious;When the washing temperature is 60℃,the light staining and solvent staining of cotton fabric and polyester fabric are significant;The washing bath ratio has a slight effect on cotton fabric,but has no significant effect on polyester fabric.The light color fabric staining grade of soaking method is lower than that of washing method and garment 4N washing procedure method.
