摘　　要：以“时尚、绿色、科技”为新标签的纺织服装产业与“云大智物联”的融合,触发了服装产业链中各环节数字化、智能化发展以及生产方式的精益化、柔性化转变。服装精益生产管理人才培养目标的建立和培养模式的创新,赋予了高职服装类专业学生职业成长新通道,也为江苏实现“打造世界级的高端纺织产业集群”的“十四五”规划保驾护航。The integration of the textile and garment industry with the new label of“fashion,green and technology”and the“cloud,computing big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things”has triggered the digitalization and intelligent development of all links in the garment industry chain,as well as the lean and flexible transformation of production methods.The establishment of the training goal of garment lean production management talents and the innovation of the training model have given a new channel for the career growth of higher vocational garment major students,and also escorted Jiangsu province to realize the“fourteenth five-year plan”of“build a world-class high-end textile industry cluster”.
