摘　　要：为了在恶劣复杂环境下安全高效地实施四单根立柱钻井作业,必须对增长后的四单根立柱超深井钻机井架的强度及稳定性进行计算分析,通过ANSYS APDL模块编写四单根立柱钻机前开口K型井架模型,利用参数化编程的方法分别求解井架在最大钩载、额定钩载、风载及立根荷载下,不同荷载和组合工况时的受力分布规律。同时对井架进行稳定性屈曲分析,得出临界失稳载荷。研究结果表明,四单根立柱超深井钻机井架在各种组合工况下的最大危险应力易出现于井架大腿直段与斜段相交处,需对这些位置进行加强,减小应力集中,加强后的安全系数得到显著提升。研究可为井架的使用寿命及安全性提升提供参考。In order to safely and efficiently implement four single columns drilling operations in a harsh complex environment,the intensity and stability of the ultra-deep well drilling derrick after the growth of the four single columns must be calculated.The front opening K-type derrick model of four single columns drilling derricks was compiled through ANSYS APDL module,the parametric programming method was used to solve the stress distribution law of the derrick under different loads and combined working conditions under the maximum hook load,rated hook load,wind load and vertical root load.At the same time,the stability buckling analysis of the well shelf was obtained,and the critical instability load was obtained.The results show that the the maximum dangerous stress of the derrick of four single columns ultra-deep well drilling derrick under various combined working conditions is easy to appear at the intersection of the straight section and inclined section of the derrick leg;these positions need to be strengthened to reduce the stress concentration,and the safety factor after strengthening is significantly improved.The research can provide reference for the service life and safety improvement of derrick.
