农业经纪人在供应链中的作用:以杞县大蒜交易为例

摘　　要：以交易成本理论与社会网络理论为基础,以杞县大蒜现货交易市场(平台)为例,以平台上的经纪人和杞县农户为调查样本,探讨农业经纪人结构嵌入和网络关系对供应链绩效的作用机理。研究发现:经纪人是杞县大蒜供应链的核心成员,与农户、加工企业、交易市场共同组成“结构洞”导向的平台网络结构,提高经纪人的网络中心性,有助于改善流通环节的运营绩效和大蒜质量,但对农户运营绩效的影响不显著;增加经纪人与供应链其他成员的关系联结程度,对改善供应和流通两个环节的运营绩效均起到积极影响。从资产专用性、降低不确定性和增加规范化程度三个维度,提出优化农产品供应链的对策建议,为培育平台支持型的农产品供应链,供决策支持。Based on transaction cost theory and social network theory,taking garlic trading markets in Qi county as an example,this paper makes an analysis of the mechanism of structural embededness and network relations of agricultural brokers on supply chain performance.The results show that:(1)Brokers are the core memebers of garlic supply chain in Qi County,forming a structural hole oriented platform network structure with farmers,processing enterprises and trading markets.Improving network centrality helps to improve operation performance and garlic quality in circulation,but has no significant impact on farmers’operation performance.(2)Increasing strength of ties between brokers and parties in supply chain has a positive impact on improving operation performance of supply and circulation.From the three dimensions of asset specificity,uncertainty reduction and standardization enhancement,policy advices are put forward to optimize agricultural supply chain,focusing on cultivating platform supported agricultural supply chain,so as to provide decision support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.
