摘  要:为准确测量大型水内冷发电机定子绕组绝缘电阻,一般可采用低压屏蔽法。根据低压屏蔽法的测量原理,对某大型电站水内冷发电机定子绕组三相绝缘电阻不平衡的故障进行深入分析,并对发电机内部进行专项逐一检测、排查,最终发现是由一根U形纯水连接软管轻微渗水所至,更换该软管后故障消除。为类似工程故障处理提供了思路。To accurately measure the insulation resistance of stator windings in large-scale water-cooling generator,low voltage shielding method is commonly adopted.According to the measurement principles of the low voltage shielding method,the three-phase insulation resistance imbalance problem of stator windings in a large-scale water-cooling generator is analyzed in-depth.Special inspection and checking of the interior of the generator are carried out carefully.It is found that the fault is caused by slight water leakage of a U-shape pure water connection hose.The fault is successfully eliminated after replacing the hose.It provides useful ideas for the fault treatment of similar projects.
