摘  要:目前,含氟涂层的背板产品作为太阳能电池背板产品的主流产品之一,市场占有率超过50%,主要类别分为单涂层和双涂层,其中技术难点为含氟涂层的涂布工艺,主要弊病之一为涂层面脱涂块。介绍了含氟涂层的太阳能电池背板涂层脱涂块产生的主要原因,气泡、异物、PET变形,转速比偏低等,并给出相应的解决办法,制定措施,为有效地解决含氟涂层背板脱涂块问题,提升产品表观质量提供了技术支持。At present,as one of the mainstream products of solar cell backplane products,fluorine-containing coating backplane products have a market share of more than 50%.The main categories are divided into single coating and double coating.The technical difficulty is the coating process of fluorine-containing coating,and one of the main disadvantages is the coating surface uncoating block.This paper introduces the main causes of the uncoated block of the back plate coating of the solar cell with fluorine coating,including bubbles,foreign matters and pet deformation,gives the corresponding solutions and formulates measures,which provides technical support for effectively solving the problem of the uncoated block of the back plate coating with fluorine coating and improving the apparent quality of the product.
