摘　　要：热敏成像仪是医用干式胶片配套输出设备,属直接接触式感热成像技术范畴,因图像输出便捷、速度快、清晰度高、无污染等优点备受市场亲睐,逐渐替代了传统湿加工银盐胶片系统。成像仪主要由储片片槽、捡片单元、片道、打印单元、散热系统等主要硬件及软件功能模块组成,与热敏干式胶片配套应用输出DR、CT、MR等医学影像,是重要的临床诊断依据。重点介绍了热敏成像仪输出图像典型伪影的产生机理,并对伪影的消除、改善做了深入分析,对成像仪生产质量管控以及实际应用都有很重要的指导意义。Thermal imager is a matching output equipment for medical dry film,which belongs to the category of contact thermal imaging.It is favored by the market due to the advantages of convenient image output,high definition,high pollution-free and so on,and gradually replaces the traditional wet processing silver salt film system.The imager is mainly composed of storage slot,film picking unit,film printing unit The cooling system of main hardware and software function modules,such as with thermal dry film applications such as medical imaging output DR CT MR,it is important to clinical diagnosis according to the paper mainly introduces the thermal imager output image artifacts typic.This paper mainly introduces the generation mechanism of typical artifacts in the output image of thermal imager,and deeply analyzes the elimination and improvement of artifacts,which has very important guiding significance for the production quality control and practical application of the imager.
