摘 要:反铁电陶瓷由于具有较大的储能密度、较高的功率密度、较快的充放电速率以及优异的温度稳定性,是目前储能陶瓷领域极具潜力的材料。进一步提高反铁电陶瓷的储能密度及储能效率是本领域研究的热点。通过高能球磨法和普通球磨法分别制备了掺锶的锆钛酸镧铅(Pb_(0.86)La_(0.07)Sr_(0.07))(Zr_(0.9)Ti_(0.1))O_(3)(PLZST)反铁电陶瓷,并研究了两种球磨方式产生的不同的晶粒尺寸对PLZST陶瓷的微观结构、介电、极化强度以及储能性能的影响。结果表明,采用高能球磨法制备的PLZST反铁电陶瓷相对普通球磨法制备出的陶瓷的晶粒尺寸显著减小,陶瓷平均晶粒尺寸由1.33μm降低为0.85μm。此外,采用高能球磨法制备的PLZST反铁电陶瓷的耐击穿电场大于200 kV/cm,大于普通球磨得到的陶瓷的120 kV/cm,且其放电储能密度为2.92 J/cm3,储能效率为89.1%,并且具有良好的温度稳定性和频率稳定性。Anti-ferroelectric ceramic is a promising material in the energy storage field owing to its large energy storage density,highpower density,fast charge-discharge rate,and excellent temperature stability.Therefore,further improving the energy storage density and energy storage efficiency of antiferroelectric ceramics becomes the focuses recently.In this paper,(Pb_(0.86)La_(0.07)Sr_(0.07))(Zr_(0.9)Ti_(0.1))O_(3)(PLZST)anti-ferroelectric ceramics were prepared using conventional solid-state reaction with the powders derived by high-energy ball milling and traditional ball milling,respectively.The impact of the grain size on the microstructure,dielectric,polarization and the energy storage properties of PLZST ceramic were investigated.The results showed that the grain size of PLZST anti-ferroelectric ceramics prepared by high-energy ball milling is significantly smaller than those prepared by the traditional ball milling fashion.The average grain size decreased from 1.33μm to 0.85μm.In addition,the breakdown-withstand electric field of PLZST antiferroelectric ceramics prepared by high-energy ball milling derived powders was asover 200 kV/cm,which is much larger than 120 kV/cm procured using traditional ball milling derived powders.Furthermore,the novel ceramic exhibits excellent energy storage characteristics at 200 kV/cm,whose discharge energy storage density and energy storage efficiency could reach 2.92 J/cm3 and 89.1%respectively,and also has good temperature stability and frequency stability.
