摘　　要：新时代对知识产权保护提出了更高要求,专利作为知识产权的重要组成部分,对其加强管理显得越来越重要。然而,各研究院所对专利管理却未引起足够重视。根据现状,亟须重新审视专利管理工作,为管理人员和科技人员进一步了解西藏自治区专利发展趋势,更好地开展专利管理和申报工作提供参考依据。The new era has put forward higher requirements for intellectual property protection.Patentis an important part of intellectual property,and it is becoming more and more important to strengthen its management.However,some units have not paid enough attention to patent management.According to the current situation,each unit urgently needs to re-examine the patent management work,so as to provide reference for managers and scientific technical personnel to further understand the patent development trend in our district,and to better carry out patent management and declaration.
