循环流化床机组管道高温运行后的性能分析

摘  要:对某循环流化床锅炉高温运行70 000 h后的12Cr1Mo V主蒸汽管道割管取样,采用尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能、金相组织、脱碳、X射线衍射等方法进行分析,结果表明管道硬度试验、室温拉伸试验、高温拉伸试验、室温冲击试验及材质成份均满足要求;直管段外表面碳化物存在的较大颗粒,金相组织不良;直管段表面硬度降低相对明显,已趋于标准下限;外表面的碳化物分布层和脱碳层是导致外表面硬度低于芯部硬度的主要因素。A sample is segmented from the 12Cr1MoV main steam pipeline in a circulating fluidized bed boiler which has been running at a high temperature for 70,000 hours, and used for analysis by methods such as size measurement, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties, metallographic structure,decarburization, and X-ray diffraction. The results shows that the hardness test, room temperature tensile test, high temperature tensile test, room temperature impact test and material composition meet the prescribed requirements;the metallographic structure of the straight pipe section is poor as its external surface carbide is dispersed with larger particles;the surface hardness of the straight pipe section is relatively obvious, which tends to the lower standard limit;and the carbide distribution layer and decarburized layer on the outer surface are one of the main factors that cause the hardness of the outer surface to be lower than that of the core.
