摘  要:为适应火力发电厂深度调峰,减轻锅炉快速启停、负荷大幅度波动给锅炉安全运行带来的不利影响,通过两起锅炉四管泄漏实例,说明在锅炉工况变化下控制受热面管子热应力及控制管壁温度的重要性;同时对电厂易出现的锅炉四管泄漏频率、泄漏部位及泄漏原因进行了详细分析;对机组长周期运行,设备老化,管材达到或接近于球化五级等危险状况提出了预防和控制策略。In order to reduce the negative influence of quick start and stop of boiler and large load fluctuations on the safe operation of boilers so as to adapt to the deep load regulation of coal-fired power plants,two leakage cases concerning four types of pipes are selected to illustrate the importance of controlling heat stress and temperature of boiler’s pipes in various conditions. Detailed analyses are made on the leakage frequency,leakage position and leakage reason for boiler pipes. The countermeasures are proposed for preventing and controlling the dangerous conditions such as long-term operation of power units, deterioration of equipment and when pipe materials are close up to the five levels of nodularization.
