摘  要:目的研究贮存过程中不同规格肉桂挥发油含量及其主要成分含量的变化及差异。方法常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱分析肉桂挥发油化学成分,用峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果36份不同规格的肉桂贮存样品中挥发油含量为1.24%~6.67%(mL·g^(-1));肉桂挥发油中共有成分有4种,分别为苯甲醛(0.03%~0.29%)、顺式肉桂醛(0.14%~1.03%)、反式肉桂醛(12.79%~90.63%)及α-古巴烯(1.33%~45.66%)。贮存期间肉桂中肉桂醛含量最高的4个月是α-古巴烯含量最低的4个月,而α-古巴烯含量最高的3个月则是肉桂醛含量最低的3个月。结论不同规格的肉桂在贮存3~14个月内其挥发油含量均大于1.2%(mL/g),符合2020年版《中国药典》要求;α-古巴烯是肉桂在采收3~14个月内挥发油中的主要特征成分,其与反式肉桂醛在肉桂贮存过程中具有一定的相互转化关系。Objective To study the changes of volatile oil and main components in cinnamon made by different cinnamon tree bark during storage.Methods Cinnamon oil was extracted by steam distillation,the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS,and quantified by peak area normalization method.Results The content of volatile oil in 36 samples were 1.24~6.67%(mL·g^(-1)).The four common components in cinnamon oil were benzaldehyde(0.03%~0.29%),cis-cinnamaldehyde(0.14%~1.03%),trans-cinnamaldehyde(12.79%~90.63%)andα-copaene(1.33%~45.66%).The four months with the highest cinnamaldehyde content were the same four months that lowestα-copaene content is the lowest;the three months whenα-copaene content is the highest,is also the time period that cinnamaldehyde content is the lowest.Conclusion The content of volatile oil in different cinnamon products during 3th~14th months of storage all meet requirements of 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The main characteristic component in cinnamon oil between 3rd~14th month after harvest isα-copaene,which can mutual transforming with trans-cinnamaldehyde during storage.
