归脾汤加味辅助治疗心脾两虚型自闭症患儿的疗效及CARS评分分析

摘　　要：目的探究归脾汤加味辅助治疗心脾两虚型自闭症(ASD)患儿的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月宜阳县中医院心脾两虚型ASD患儿95例,依照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组48例、观察组47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用归脾汤加味治疗。观察两组疗效、中医症状积分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、重复刻板行为检查表(RBS-R)、智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表(C-PEP)评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率91.49%高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症状积分、CARS、MMSE、RBS-R评分低于对照组,C-PEP评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论归脾汤加味辅助治疗心脾两虚型ASD患儿疗效确切,可改善患儿自闭症状,促进病情好转。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Guei Spleen Tang plus flavor as an adjunctive treatment for children with autism with heart and spleen deficiency(ASD).Methods Ninety-five children with heart and spleen deficiency type ASD in Yiyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method:48 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Guipi Decoction.The efficacy,TCM symptom score,Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Repetitive Stereotyped Behavior Checklist(RBS-R),Mental Status Examination Scale(MMSE),Childhood Autism and Related Developmental Disorders Psycho-Educational Rating Scale(C-PEP)scores and adverse effects were observed in the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 91.49%higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM symptom score,CARS,MMSE,and RBS-R scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the C-PEP scores were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of children with ASD of the heart and spleen deficiency type with Guipi Decoction has definite efficacy,which can improve the autistic symptoms and promote the improvement of the condition of the children.
