摘　　要：目的:探究对小儿急性上呼吸道感染应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年5月番禺区妇幼保健院门诊收治的114例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各57例。两组均给予常规治疗。除此之外,试验组给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,对照组给予蒲地蓝治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及症状改善情况。结果:试验组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,且试验组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及咽喉疼痛的消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:对小儿急性上呼吸道感染采取蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒进行治疗,可有效改善其临床表现,加速身体康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid combined with Douqiao Qingre Granule for children in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 114 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the Outpatient Department of Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid combined with Douqiao Qingre Granule for children method as well as Pudilan oral liquid.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment effect and symptom improvement of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of body temperature,cough disappearance and throat pain disappearance in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,the treatment using Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid combined with Douqiao Qingre Granule for children can effectively improve children's clinical symptoms,and promote children's body recovery speed.
