预见性护理干预在心脏CT增强扫描患者中的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析预见性护理干预在心脏CT增强扫描中产生的临床护理效果。方法:纳入2020年1-12月在广东医科大学附属医院接受心脏CT增强扫描的96例患者为临床对照研究样本,以随机数表法为分组工具,形成对照组与观察组,每组48例,分别给予常规护理、预见性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理干预的实施具有显著临床效果,降低检查后不良反应,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of predictive nursing intervention in the cardiac CT enhanced scan.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,96 patients who received cardiac CT enhanced scan in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected as the clinical control study samples.Using the random number table method as the grouping tool,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 patients in each group.They were given routine nursing and predictive nursing intervention,respectively.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive nursing intervention has significant clinical effect,reduces adverse reactions after examination,improves nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
