摘  要:将以1,3-二醚类化合物为内给电子体的BCM催化剂进行乙烯预聚合,通过改变氢气分压得到的BCM预聚合催化剂含有不同分子量的聚乙烯。将预聚合催化剂用于丙烯液相本体聚合,并利用分光光度计、熔体流动指数测试等方法考察了该预聚合催化剂的丙烯聚合性能。实验结果表明,预聚合催化剂的丙烯聚合活性显著高于BCM催化剂,且随所含聚乙烯分子量的降低,聚合活性增加。预聚合反应中氢气分压的增加,使催化剂中的丙烯聚合活性中心发生了变化,氢调性能较高的活性中心增多。与BCM催化剂相比,使用BCM预聚合催化剂得到的聚丙烯粉料的细粉含量低、颗粒规整度好、堆密度较高。The BCM catalyst,with 1,3-diether as internal electron donor,was used for the prepolymerization of ethylene.By prepolymerization under different H2 partial pressure,a series of BCM prepolymerization catalysts containing polyethylene with different molecular weights were obtained.The BCM prepolymerization catalysts were used for liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization,and the polymerization performance was investigated by spectrophotometer and melt flow rate test.The experimental results show that the activity of BCM prepolymerization catalysts is significantly higher than that of BCM catalyst,and with the decrease of molecular weight of polyethylene,the activity of BCM prepolymerization catalysts increases gradually.The increase of H2 partial pressure in prepolymerization changes the polypropylene active centers,forming more the active centers with high H2 response.Compared with the BCM catalyst,the polypropylene powder obtained from prepolymerization catalysts has a lower fine powder content,better particle regularity and higher bulk density.
