巴芪灵猫方及单味药材水煎浸膏的特征薄层色谱研究

摘　　要：目的 研究巴芪灵猫方全方及10个单味药材水煎浸膏的薄层特征图谱,用于药材和制剂的鉴别和质量控制。方法 采用优化后水煎提取工艺分别对3批全方、制巴戟天、炙淫羊藿、生地黄、黄芪、炒白术、猫爪草、灵芝、苦参、丹参和醋青皮药材及其对照药材进行提取,制备其水煎浸膏。采用HF_(254)高效薄层层析硅胶板,选用不同的展开剂分别对全方或单味药材水煎浸膏进行薄层色谱制备。经稀硫酸显色后,采用日光和紫外线(254 nm和365 nm)进行检视。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度和重复性良好,具有良好的特征性。结论 可作为巴芪灵猫方全方及单味药材水煎浸膏的质量控制方法之一。Objective To establish a characteristic thin-layer chromatography(TLC)for the water-decoction of Baqi Lingmao formula(BQLM) and its ten herbal medicines in order to identify and control the quality of the formula.Methods High-performance thin-layer silica gel plates(HF_(254))and different systems of developing solvents were used for the TLC studies of the formula and its herbal medicines,including Morinda Officinalis,Epimedium brevicornu,Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodis macrocephalae,Ganoderma lucidum,Sophora flavescentis,Ranunculus ternatus,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Citri reticulatae. The ultraviolet wavelength at 254 nm and 365 nm and 10% sulphuric acid were used for determination and evaluation. Results The TLC and spots were clear and specific,the resolution and repeatability were good. Conclusion These studies can be used to control the quality of water-decocting extract from BQLM and its herbal medicines.
