摘 要:目的 分析长时间雷达操纵员模拟任务诱发脑力疲劳的行为表现及眼动指标,探寻监测脑力疲劳的敏感指标。方法 对28名部队战士,平均年龄(22.8±3.4)岁,连续执行60 min模拟任务诱发脑力疲劳,应用眼动技术监测疲劳诱发时的行为学及眼动指标变化,对比任务前后卡罗林斯卡嗜睡量表(Karolinska sleepiness scale,KSS)评分。结果 随疲劳累积模拟任务反应时(reaction time,RT)出现先延长(P<0.01)后缩短(P<0.05)的变化特点,眼动指标中平均注视持续时间(average fixation duration,AFD)降低(P<0.01),平均眨眼持续时间(average blink duration,ABD)延长(P<0.05),瞳孔收缩率(pupil dilation rate,PDR)下降(P<0.05),实验后KSS评分显著上升(P<0.01)。结论 60 min模拟任务诱发了脑力疲劳即增加了个体主观困倦程度,降低了行为学表现,AFD、ABD、PDR可以作为表征脑力疲劳的敏感眼动指标。该结果为开发可靠的军用疲劳监测装置提供重要参考价值。Objective To analyze the behavior and eye movement index of the mental fatigue which were induced by long-time simulation task of radar operators,and to explore the sensitive index of monitoring mental fatigue.Methods A total of 28 soldiers at the age of 22.8±3.4 years old were selected to perform the simulation task for 60 minutes continuously.Meanwhile,the changes of behavioral and eye movement index during fatigue induction were monitored by the eye movement technology,and the scores of Karolinska sleepiness scale(KSS) before and after the task were compared.Results The reaction time(RT) of simulation tasks was prolonged(P<0.01) and then shortened(P<0.05) with the accumulation of fatigue.As for eye movement index,the average fixation duration(AFD) was decreased(P<0.01),the average blink duration(ABD) was extended(P<0.05),and the pupil dilation rate(PDR) was decreased(P<0.05).The scores of KSS were significantly increased after the experiment(P<0.01).Conclusion A total of 60 min simulation task induces mental fatigue,which increases the degree of subjective sleepiness and decreases behavioral performance.AFD,ABD and PDR can be used as the sensitive eye movement index to indicate mental fatigue.The results provide important reference value for the development of reliable military fatigue monitoring device.
