摘　　要：为响应中国“30·60”目标的号召,以“碳达峰与碳中和”约束背景下的咸阳市清洁能源产业为研究对象,分析了咸阳市清洁能源产业发展背景,归纳出在发展过程中所遇到的问题,并根据政府政策和科学规划制定出相应的发展策略,进而推进咸阳市清洁能源产业稳步发展,将清洁能源产业打造成为咸阳高质量、高品质发展的“新引擎”,创新驱动发展绿色能源、绿色经济,助力咸阳市的“双碳”目标达成。In response to the call of China's"30·60"goal,this paper studied the clean energy industry in Xianyang City under the background of"peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutralization".It analyzed the development background of clean energy industry in Xianyang City,inducted some problems encountered in the development process,and formulated corresponding development strategies according to the policies and scientific plans,which can promote the development of clean energy industry in Xianyang city.The clean energy industry will become a"new engine"for high-quality development,drive the development of green energy and green economy through innovation,and make Xianyang city achieve the goal of"double carbon".
