摘 要:矸石山的自燃是一个极其复杂的物理化学过程,它从常温状态转变到燃烧状态,其氧化过程不仅受到煤矸石的物理化学性质所制约,同时也与煤矸石的岩相组成、水分含量、比表面积、孔隙率及矸石山所处的自然环境密切有关。以砂墩子煤矿矸石山为例,对矸石山自燃现象及其诱因和自燃机理进行详细分析,提出了矸石山内部注浆的治理方案,并对治理效果进行了研究。结果表明,该方案可实现对矸石山高温自燃区温度的有效控制,尽量将其保持到其临界自燃温度以下,有效排除矸石山高温区自燃所产生的安全隐患。The spontaneous combustion of gangue mountains is an extremely complex physical and chemical process,which changes from normal temperature to combustion state.The oxidation process is not only restricted by the physical and chemical properties of coal gangue,but also closely related to the lithofacies composition,moisture content,specific surface area and porosity of coal gangue and the natural environment where the gangue mountain is located.Taking the gangue of Shadunzi Coal Mine as an example,this paper made a detailed analysis on the phenomenon,inducement and mechanism of spontaneous combustion of gangue mountains,put forward the treatment scheme of internal grouting of gangue mountains,and studied the treatment effect.The results show that the scheme can effectively control the temperature in the high-temperature spontaneous combustion areas of gangue mountains,keep it below the critical spontaneous combustion temperature as far as possible,and effectively eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by spontaneous combustion in high-temperature areas of gangue mountains.
