摘 要:农网改造工程的实施,使10 kV配电线路的导线及截面积发生改变,电杆及相关的设备也全都换新,线路的绝缘水平随之显著提升,跳闸率较以往大幅度降低,供电可靠性得到提高,减少了不必要的线路损耗。10 kV配电网作为农村重要的基础设施之一,与农民的生产生活密切相关,所以确保10 kV配电网的运行可靠性显得尤为必要。单相接地故障是影响10 kV配电网稳定运行的主要因素。对此,应当合理运用新技术、新设备,对单相接地故障进行准确判断,快速查找故障点位,分析故障原因,针对故障问题采取有效的措施加以处理,争取在最短的时间内消除故障,使线路恢复正常。基于此,从农网改造工程中单相接地故障成因分析入手,提出农网改造工程中单相接地故障检测与防治措施。期望此次研究能够对农网运行稳定性的提升有所帮助。Implementation of the rural power grid renovation project have changed conductor and cross-sectional area of 10 kV distribution line,poles and related equipment have been replaced,the insulation level of the line has been significantly improved,the trip rate has been greatly reduced compared with the past,the power supply reliability has been improved,and unnecessary line loss has been reduced.As one of the important rural infrastructure,10 kV distribution network is closely related to farmers'production and life,so it is particularly necessary to ensure the operation reliability of 10 kV distribution network.Single-phase ground fault is the main factor affecting the stable operation of 10 kV distribution network.Therefore,new technologies and equipment should be reasonably used to accurately judge the single-phase ground fault,quickly locate the fault point,analyze the cause,and take effective measures to deal with the problem,so as to eliminate the fault in the shortest time and restore the line to normal.Based on this,starting with the cause analysis of single-phase ground fault in rural power grid renovation project,this paper put forward the detection and prevention measures of single-phase ground fault in rural power grid renovation project.It is expected that the research can be helpful to improve the operation stability of rural power grid.
