摘 要:阐述了新型低熔点熔盐蓄热供热系统的技术原理及运行情况。以新型低熔点熔盐为核心,介绍了一种适用于该蓄热介质的熔盐供热系统,并对东郊供热厂供热项目实际运行数据进行了分析,结果表明:该系统与传统熔盐蓄热系统相比,可完全节省防凝费用,大大降低了系统难度;系统综合效率可达到96.25%。另外,该系统能够在夜间谷电时间段均匀升温至设计值,有不错的稳定性;供水平均温度可达68℃以上。系统在稳定蓄热、供热的同时带来了不错的经济效益。所研究内容为新型低熔点熔盐蓄热技术在供热系统领域的应用提供了参考依据。This paper described the technical principle and operation of a new type of low melting point molten salt heat storage and heating supply system.With a new type of low melting point molten salt as the core,a molten salt heating system suitable for the heat storage medium was introduced,and the actual operating data of the heating project of Dongjiao Heating Plant was analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional molten salt heat storage system,the system can completely save the cost of anti-condensation and greatly reduce the difficulty of the system;the overall efficiency of the system can reach 96.25%.In addition,the system can uniformly raise the temperature to the design value during the night valley power period,and has good stability;the average temperature of water supply can reach above 68℃.The system brings good economic benefits while stabilizing heat storage and heating supply.The research content provides a reference basis for the application of the new type of low melting point molten salt heat storage technology in the field of heating system.
