摘　　要：目的回顾性分析广州口岸出入境人群HIV监测数据,为口岸艾滋病预防控制措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对2010—2020年广州口岸出入境人员,采用ELISA法初筛HIV抗体,免疫印迹法确证,对结果进行统计分析。结果2010—2020年,广州口岸共对267722名出入境人员进行了HIV抗体检测,检出HIV抗体阳性199例,其中入境人员137例(6.2/万),非洲籍占比近一半;出境人员62例(4.5/万),入境人员检出率高于出境人员,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.091,P<0.001)。男性和女性的检出率分别为9.5/万和3.7/万,男性高于女性(χ^(2)=28.632,P<0.001);不同年龄段检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.197,P<0.001),检出率较高的依次是31~<41岁(54例,10.3/万)、41~<51岁(34例,9.7/万)、≥51岁(15例,7.1/万);本科学历占一半以上,未婚占64%,异性恋占62%。结论口岸HIV监测需要重点关注入境人员及出入境人员中31~40岁人群。Objective To retrospective analyze the HIV infection data of entry and exit population at Guangzhou port,to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures at ports.Methods ELISA method was used to screen HIV antibody among the entry-exit personnel at Guangzhou port from 2010 to 2020,and confirmed by Western blotting,the results were statistically analyzed.Results From 2010 to 2020,a total of 267722entry-exit personnel were tested for HIV antibody at Guangzhou port,and 199 HIV antibody positive cases were detected,of which 137 were inbound personnel(6.2/10,000),nearly half of whom were Africans,and 62 were outbound personnel(4.5/10,000).The detection rate of inbound personnel was higher than that of outbound personnel with statistical difference(χ^(2)=32.091,P<0.001).The detection rate of male and female was 9.5/10,000and 3.7/10,000 respectively,and male was higher than female(χ^(2)=28.632,P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate among different age groups(χ^(2)=19.197,P<0.001),and the detection rate was higher in order 31-<41 years old(54 cases,10.3/10,000),41-<51 years old(34 cases,9.7/10,000),≥51 years old(15 cases,7.1/10,000).More than half of them had a bachelor’s degree,64%were unmarried,and 62%are heterosexual.Conclusion HIV surveillance at ports should focus on the entry and exit population aged 31 to 40.
