摘　　要：目的 制备一种以槐果碱-小檗碱-金银花提取物为主要成分的复方植物消毒剂,研究其在低温条件下的消毒效果。方法 将槐果碱、小檗碱、金银花提取物按照5∶4∶1比例进行配制,加入50%乙醇作为防冻剂,制备成复方低温消毒剂。用载体定量杀菌试验检验该复方植物消毒剂在低温条件下消毒效果。结果 该复方植物消毒剂在-18℃放置8 h保持黄棕色透明。-18℃条件下对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌分别作用10 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。结论 该复方植物消毒剂在低温条件下具有较好的杀菌效果,适用于低温消毒。Objective To prepare a herbal compound disinfectant composed of sophocarpine,berberine and honeysuckle extract,and evaluate its germicidal efficiency at low temperature. Methods A low-temperature disinfectant was prepared according to the ratio of 5∶4∶1 of sophocarpine,berberine and honeysuckle extract,and 50%ethanol was added as antifreeze. The disinfection effect of herbal disinfectant at low temperature was observed by using carrier immersion quantitative sterilization methods. Results The disinfectant maintained yellowish brown and transparent liquid at-18℃ for 8 h. The stock solution of the disinfectant was used at-18℃ for 10 min,and the killing logarithmic values were both above 5.00 for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus in suspension,above 4.00 for Candida albicans. Conclusion This herbal disinfectant showed a good bactericidal effect at low temperature,and it is suitable for low temperature disinfection.
