摘 要:目的 探讨无偿献血人员的献血次数对血液检测结果的影响及其影响因素。方法 回顾性分析3 585名无偿献血者的血液检测结果,包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙肝病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、抗梅毒抗体(抗-TP)、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)。按照献血次数将其分为3组,对比不同献血次数人员的血液检测结果不合格率,分析不合格的影响因素。结果 不同献血次数人员的ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP、抗-HIV不合格率和合计不合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中献血≥3次组低于献血1次和2次组,献血2次组低于1次组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);高中及以上、城镇居民、献血2次以上均是无偿献血人员血液检测结果不合格的保护因素,而男性、年龄≥45岁是其危险因素。结论 献血次数越多的无偿献血人员血液检测不合格率越低,高中及以上文化水平、城镇居民、献血2次以上是血液合格的保护因素。Objective To discuss the influence of the blood donation times of free blood donors on the blood test results and its influencing factors. Methods The blood test results of 3 585 unpaid blood donors,including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),anti-hepatitis C virus antibody(anti-HCV),anti-syphilis antibody(anti-TP),anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody(anti-HIV),were analyzed retrospectively. According to the blood donation times,they were divided into three groups,and the unqualified rate of blood test results in different blood donation times group was compared,and the influencing factors of unqualified were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-TP and anti-HIV unqualified rates and total unqualified rates among different blood donation time groups(P<0.05). The unqualified rates in groups with ≥3 blood donation times were lower than those in groups with 1 and 2 times,and those in group with 2 blood donation times were lower than those in group with 1 time,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01). High school and above,urban residents,blood donation more than twice were all the protective factors of blood test failure,while male and age ≥45 years were the risk factors. Conclusion The higher the number of blood donation times,the lower the unqualified rate of blood test was High school or above education,urban residents and blood donation more than 2 times were the protective factors of qualified blood.
