摘　　要：阐述了项目管理从3个方面抓起,围绕收尾要求主抓过程,强调项目开工、过程建设及后期主体施工完后各项工作资料收集、整理、检查、考核等同步进行,有利于竣工资料整理快整完成,节约各项成本。This paper elaborates that project management needs to be started from three aspects.Firstly,we need to master the process around the closing requirements.Secondly,collection,sorting,inspection and assessment of work data should be carried out synchronously after project start,process construction and completion of main body construction in later period.It is conducive to finishing the completion data quickly and saves various costs.
