摘  要:耐张线夹引流板的发热常常引起断电等严重事故。为解决引流板发热的问题,可从减小接头间的接触电阻入手。TiNi形状记忆合金是一种具有形状记忆效应的智能材料,合金的形状可随温度的变化而发生自动恢复。回顾了TiNi形状记忆合金垫片的形状记忆效应,在引流板发热初期通过记忆合金垫片形状的改变来紧固连接、增大接触面积以减小接触电阻,进而减少引流板的发热和故障率,实现耐张线夹的安全稳定运行。Heating in the strain clamp drainage plate often causes serious accidents such as power failure.In order to solve the heating problem of drainage plate,it is necessary to reduce the electrical contact resistance between the joints.TiNi shape memory alloy is a kind of functional smart material with unique shape memory effect,the shape of the alloy can be restored with the change of temperature.The shape memory effect of TiNi shape memory alloy gasket was briefly introduced.The joints are fastened by changing the shape of the shape memory alloy gasket effect in the early stage of heating of the drainage plate,the contact area is increased so as to reduce the heating and failure rate of the drainage plate and realize the safe and stable operation of the strain clamp.
