摘 要:研究了尺带在管道炉的热处理工艺,主要探讨了甲醇滴注速度和回火温度对尺带力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着甲醇滴注速度从12 d/min增加到24 d/min,尺带的硬度先增加然后保持在水平线上,疲劳寿命呈先增加后降低的抛物线变化。当回火温度从420℃升至500℃时,尺带的抗拉强度和硬度逐渐降低;当甲醇滴注速度为18 d/min、回火温度为460℃时,尺带的硬度为583 HV,疲劳寿命为6684次,抗拉强度为2407 MPa。此时,尺带的显微组织为回火马氏体组织,且无脱碳层,是最佳的管道炉热处理工艺。The heat treatment process of the tape in the pipe furnace was studied.The effects of methanol dripping speed and tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of the tape were discussed.The results show that the hardness of the tape increases first and then remains on the horizontal line and the fatigue life increases first and then decreases with the increase of methanol injection rate from 12 d/min to 24 d/min.With the tempering temperature rising from 420℃to 500℃,the tensile strength and hardness decrease.The hardness of the tape is 583 HV,the fatigue life is 6684 times and the tensile strength is 2407 MPa when the methanol drip rate is 18 d/min and tempering temperature is 460℃.At this time,the microstructure of the tape is tempered martensite without decarburization layer,which is the best heat treatment process of pipeline furnace.
