新时期乡镇卫生院发展思路探索——以江苏省建湖县为例

摘　　要：“以基层为重点”是党的新时期卫生健康工作方针的要求,也是新中国成立以来我国卫生健康发展宝贵经验的总结。文章聚焦乡镇卫生院的发展方向,分析乡镇卫生院面临的困境及原因,探寻新时期乡镇卫生院发展的适宜模式,主张政府、主管部门、医疗机构自身多方发力,推进乡镇卫生院高质量发展。“Focusing on the grass-roots level”is not only the requirement of the Party’s health work policies in the new era,but also a summary of China’s experience in health development since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.This paper focuses on the development orientation of township health centers,analyzes the dilemma faced by township health centers and its causes,explores the appropriate model for the development of township health centers in the new era,and proposes that the government,competent departments and medical in-stitutions make joint efforts to promote the high-quality development of township health centers.
