摘　　要：文章通过综述基层公共卫生防控研究的现状、分析新疆基层公共卫生防控能力存在的问题与不足,对疫情防控常态化下的新疆基层公共卫生建设提出了对策。This paper summarizes the status quo of researches on grassroots health prevention and control,analyzes the problems and weaknesses of grassroots health prevention and control capacity in Xinjiang Uygur Au-tonomous Region,and puts forward suggestions for primary health care in Xinjiang during the period of regular epi-demic prevention and control.
