摘　　要：乡村医生是我国农村卫生队伍的主力军,是执行好国家基本公共卫生服务和基本医疗服务的关键因素。文章在“健康中国”和“振兴乡村”战略以及深化医改的大背景之下,聚焦乡村医生发展现状,针对当前乡村医生队伍的人员构成、职业素养、教育培训、资源配置、监督把关等进行了分析并提出思考。Rural physicians are the main force of rural health manpower in China,who play vital roles in per-forming basic public health services and medical care.Under the background of“Healthy China”and“Rural Re-vitalization”strategies and the deepen of medical reform,this paper focuses on the current situation of rural physi-cians’development,analyzes the composition of the doctor team,their professional quality,education and train-ing,resource allocation,and supervision,and then puts forward suggestions.
