摘　　要：该项目为一幢四层住宅楼,位于巴黎第12区一个沿着街区边缘建造的建筑的内部庭院中。该项目的基础是一项对建筑再次致密化机遇的研究。由于建筑法规和土地使用规划发生了改变,法国房地产公司Gecina委托建筑师对他们所有的房产开展研究,以增加这些场地上的居住密度。MARS Architectes建筑师事务所发现了几个场地具有这方面的潜力,其中之一就是一座建于20世纪70年代的既有建筑所在的场地,它位于国家广场附近的圣曼德大道上。The four-storey residential building in the interior courtyard of a block border structure in the 12th arrondissement of Paris is based on a study on redensification opportunities.Due to altered building codes and land use plans,the French real estate company Gecina commissioned the architects to study all of their properties with regards to increasing the density of these sites.Among others,MARS Architectes recognised the potential of a site with an existing building from the 1970s on the Avenue de Saint-Mande,near the Place de la Nation.
