摘　　要：本案这座由Schwab家族所拥有的独户住宅是一座整体的砖结构建筑,位于巴伐利亚阿尔卑斯山脉山麓的Kottgeisering村。这座高耸的新建筑矗立在一个狭长的斜坡场地上,这个地块夹在两座历史悠久的列管别墅之间。两座别墅建于19世纪晚期,当时有许多从慕尼黑来的人会到阿默湖北面的社区过暑假。为了保护这里古老的树群,也为了不妨碍邻居的视野,建筑师Felix Huber将这座独户住宅设计成了一个垂直的建筑体量,建筑的高度超过了10m。The single family house owned by the Schwab family is a monolithic brick building located in the village of Kottgeisering in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps.The towering new construction rises above a long and narrow sloping property between two historically listed villas.They were built in the late 19th century at a time when many people from Munich spent their summertime vacation in the community north of the Ammersee lake.To protect the old tree population and in order not to obstruct neighbours'views,the architect Felix Huber designed a vertical building volume for the single family home with a height of more than 10 m on a hexagonal footprint covering 91 m^(2).
