摘　　要：位于苏黎世中央车站附近的Zollhaus住宅楼与位于铁道对面闪闪发光的新Europaallee开发项目遥相呼应。在本案这个项目中,Kalkbreite合作社实现了他们自己的想法,他们与该地区的居民合作,创建出了一种人们负担得起的城市生活方式。苏黎世市和瑞士联邦铁路公司首次联手邀请投标人对此处由一个住房协会保留使用的地块进行竞拍——但不搞竞价,而是以固定价格竞拍。土地使用计划中已经确定了建筑的外部轮廓和为了保持与火车轨道的视觉联系而保留的无建筑区域,因此建筑师在街面的基座结构上设计了三个建筑体量。The Zollhaus residential building near Zurich Main Station is a counterpart to the glossy new Europa-allee development situated along the opposite side of the tracks.Here the Kalkbreite Cooperative realised their own idea of an affordable urban way of life,in cooperation with the residents of the quarter.The City of Zurich and the Swiss Federal Railways had,for the first time,invited bidders for a property reserved for use by a housing association-not as a bidding competition,but instead,at a fixed price.The building outlines and no-build-areas for visual connections to the train tracks had already been determined in the land use plan.This resulted in three building volumes on top of a street level pedestal structure.Eleven associations applied to purchase the site based on their concepts.
