摘 要:公司金融业务作为服务客户的基本形式,是商业银行的重要支柱业务。探索公司金融业务模式形成与变革的底层驱动力,是事关我国银行变革方向和整体经营模式选择的战略性课题。本文重点考察了2008年金融危机后国际银行业公司金融业务发展趋势,深入分析了国内外银行业错位“反思”对公司金融地位与经营模式的影响,重新审视公司金融创新的底层逻辑,指出国内银行过分关注同业竞争力、忽视底层金融逻辑,在一定程度上反映了公司金融创新偏离金融初心。公司金融业务创新的关键是深刻理解客户需求。未来中国大型银行的公司金融业务转型应该在引入投行思维的基础上重构公司信贷专业经营模式,在借助新金融思维升级公司金融业务的基础上形成专业技术优势。As the primary form of service,corporate credit is an essential pillar of business for commercial banks.In the wake of the financial crisis in 2008,the rising emphases on corporate financial business of the global banking sector made the traditional corporate financial services such as corporate credit and financial leasing regain attention.As a result,banks gradually returned to the original business model and generated new businesses based on the genuine demands from the real economy.However,in China,corporate financial business is controversial.It is the main contributor to the profits of commercial banks and the accrual and use of risk provisions,restricting the overall competitiveness of commercial banks.Therefore,the study on the development trend of corporate credit in the global banking industry and exploring the underlying driving force for the formation and development of corporate financial business models have become strategic topics for banks in China to chart the course of reform and to reevaluate the overall business model.This essay examines the post-financial crisis and recent revolutionary corporate credit trends in the global banking industry.However,unlike many western banks that suffered from the crisis,banks in China,relatively intact during the crisis,were forced by the competition posed by the emerging nonbank financial institutes to re-examine their traditional business model and the fundamental mechanism of banking.This essay further articulates the fundamental mechanism of banking for banks in China and help banks chart the course of financial innovations in competitive business environments.
