黄原酸化凹凸棒土对甲基橙的脱除性能研究

摘  要:黄原酸化改性凹凸棒土制备得黄原酸化凹凸棒土(XA)。以X射线衍射(XRD)分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析其表征结构,结果表明黄原酸化改性成功;XA应用于对甲基橙(MO)模拟废水,对MO具有良好的脱除性能。采用单因素试验得到其最佳脱除条件:在室温、自然pH(5.10~6.20)、MO模拟废水的初始质量浓度ρ;=300 mg·L^(-1)、XA的加入量为m=3.0 g·L^(-1)、振荡吸附时间t=30 min的条件下,甲基橙的脱色率R高达99.83%,处理后废水中MO残余质量浓度ρ_(e)=0.510 0 mg·L^(-1),达到国家排放标准,且处理后沉降快速,固液分离简便。Attapulgite was modified by using wet process and xanthate-attapulgite(XA)has been prepared. Characterized by XRD and SEM analysis,the result shows that the XA has been synthesized successfully. XA has good adsorption effect on methyl orange.Through the single factor study,which obtained the optimum experimental conditions:at R. T.,pH=5.10~6.20,methyl orange initial mass concentration of 300 mg/L,the dosage of XA is 3.0 g/L,contact time is 30 min. under the conditions of adsorption and the removal rate of methyl orange be achieved 99.83%,the residual concentration of methyl orange is 0.510 0 mg/L,can meet the national discharge standards. For a description of methyl orange by XA is more typical of the monolayer adsorption,and the adsorption is easy. Its prominent advantages are simple and fast post-processing of solid-liquid separation.
