摘　　要：在国家乡村振兴的战略背景下,针对乡村中赋存的地质遗迹和化石资源,探讨如何在有效保护的基础上,发挥其科学普及和研学旅游功能,以带动乡村基础设施建设、促进产业结构调整和农民就业。文章提出了“化石村”的概念以及如何建设化石村的建议。总结了中国第一个化石村——湖北远安化石村的建设成效和建设经验,并提出了在全国推广化石村品牌的设想。为指导化石村的建设,避免盲目开发,笔者建立了一套化石村评价指标体系。This paper aims to explore new methods for the development of villages with fossil resources and geological relics under the background of rural revitalization.On the basis of effective protection,we could promote fossil resources’function of scientific popularization and tourism,so as to drive the construction of rural infrastructure,promote the adjustment of industrial structure and farmers’employment.The concept of‘village with fossil resources’and suggestions on its building were put forward.In this paper,the authors summarized the construction achievements and experience of Yuan’an village with fossil resources in Hubei Province,which was the first village of this kind in China,and proposed the idea of promoting the brand of village with fossil resources.In order to guide the construction of village with fossil resources and avoid aimless development,an evaluation index system of village with fossil resources was established.
