催乳汤联合穴位按摩对产后乳汁不足的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察催乳汤联合穴位按摩对产后乳汁不足的治疗效果。方法选取沈阳市妇婴医院2019年8月—2020年8月60例产后乳汁不足患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组予以均衡营养干预及穴位按摩进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予联合催乳汤进行治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后泌乳素(PRL)水平、泌乳量、补授乳量及乳房充盈程度,对两组临床疗效进行评估和对比分析。结果治疗前,两组PRL水平、泌乳量、补授乳量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PRL水平增高,且增高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组泌乳量高于对照组、补授乳量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组乳房充盈程度和临床疗效等比较,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论催乳汤联合穴位按摩对产后乳汁不足的治疗效果突出,可提高泌乳素水平,增加乳房充盈程度,提高产后泌乳量,值得进行推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of galactagogue soup combined with acupoint massage on postpartum lactose deficiency.Methods A total of 60 postpartum lactose deficiency patients in Shenyang Women and Infants Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with balanced nutrition intervention and acupoint massage,and the observation group was treated with galactagogue soup on this basis.Prolactin(PRL)level,lactation volume,supplemental lactating volume and breast filling degree before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PRL level,lactation and supplemental milk between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PRL level in the observation group was significantly increased,and the increase was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of lactation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the amount of supplementary lactation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in breast filling degree and clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Galactagogue soup combined with acupoint massage has a prominent therapeutic effect on postpartum lactation deficiency,which can significantly improve the level of prolactin,increase the degree of breast filling,and improve the postpartum lactation.it is worth promoting and applying.
