摘  要:个人伦理、道德都来源于情感,我们自身的情感系统的多数会在社会语境中得到发展而成为道德信号。情感道德教育作为高校立德树人的重要组成,对大学生综合素养的培育具有支撑和保障作用。大学生情感道德教育可以帮助大学生筑建以情感道德体验为基础的个人人格、养成以情感道德交往联系为核心的个人态度、建构以情感道德积累为保障的个人认知、形塑以情感道德关怀为发展的个人品德,潜藏情感关怀育人、精神塑造成人、价值引领做人的价值意蕴。大学生情感道德教育通过人格图式、态度同化、认知顺应、品行平衡的实践路径,优化并完善立德树人视域下大学生德育的文化内涵,提高大学生的人才培养质量,助推我国高等教育事业迈向新台阶。Personal ethics and morality are derived from emotions,and most of our own emotional systems will develop in the social context and become moral signals.Emotional and moral education,an important part of college education of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People,supports and guarantees the cultivation of college students’comprehensive literacy,specifically the personality based on emotional and moral experience,the attitude with emotional and moral interaction as the core,the cognition guaranteed by the emotional and moral accumulation,and the traits featuring the emotional and moral attendance.It is embedded with the values of fostering people with emotional care,spiritual motivation,and leading values.It is implemented through personality schema,attitude assimilation,cognitive adaptation,and balance of conduct so as to optimize the cultural connotation of college moral education,improve college talent training quality,and promote China’s higher education to a new level.
