摘　　要：为了降低氟吡菌酰胺防治根结线虫的防治成本,采用阿维菌素与之复配,制备了4%阿维菌素·氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂。将原药、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂以及研磨介质剪切均匀,通过砂磨机进行湿法研磨,检测各项技术指标,对各种助剂进行单因素筛选。经过配方优化,获得4%阿维菌素·氟吡菌酰胺SC优选配方:阿维菌素3%,氟吡菌酰胺1%,润湿分散剂91052%,SC 3%,K361%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.2%,防冻剂甘油5%,消泡剂AF.S-T0500.5%,最后水补齐至100%。优选加工工艺为:锆珠直径1.0 mm,锆珠与制剂质量比1∶1,研磨时间1.6 h。制备的悬浮剂各项质量技术指标均符合该剂型的国家标准。制备的悬浮剂田间防治黄瓜根结线虫药效优于相应的单剂,防效达到90%以上。In order to reduce the cost of fluopyram controlling root knot nematodes,abamectin was mixed with fluopyram and abamectin·fluopyram 4%SC was prepared.The disperse mediums,dispersants,antifreeze and thickeners were mixed by the means of shearing,and the slurry was grinded by grinding machine.After screening the adjuvants,the product was obtained as abamectin 3%,fluopyram 1%,91052%,SC 3%,K361%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,xanthan gum 0.2%,glycerin 5%,antifoaming agent AF.S-T0500.5%,and finally water supplementation to 100%.The optimum process was as follows:the diameter of zirconium bead was 1.0 mm,the mass ratio of zirconium bead to preparation was 1:1,and the grinding time was 1.6 h.All specifications of the product met the requirements of the national standards and its control effect on root knot nematodes reached above 90%,The efficacy of field control of cucumber root knot nematode was better than that of abamectin and fluopyram.
