摘　　要：本文通过回顾分析直升机院间转运的工作内容和特点,确定飞行护士工作重点。直升机院间转运的对象主要为各类急危重症患者,对空中救护技术要求较高。飞行护士转运前需重点评估患者特殊用药及管道护理,使用《危重患者航空转运物资核查清单》准备物资。空中转运时密切关注患者病情变化并及时给予护理干预,是转运过程的关键环节。航空医疗救援专业培训及不断积累护理实践经验,对保障直升机院间转运的质量安全有重要意义。Through the retrospective analysis of the work content and characteristics of helicopter inter hospital transfer,We determine the work priorities of flight nurses.The objects of helicopter inter hospital transfer are mainly all kinds of acute and critical patients,which have high requirements for air rescue technology.Before transfer,flight nurses should focus on evaluating patients'special medication and pipeline care,and prepare materials with the checklist of air transfer materials for critically ill patients.During air transportation,paying close attention to the changes of patients'condition and giving timely nursing intervention are the key links in the transportation process.The professional training of aviation medical rescue and the continuous accumulation of nursing practical experience are of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of helicopter inter hospital transfer.
