多普勒组织成像、二维超声诊断心肌梗死临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对罹患心肌梗死的患者运用多普勒组织成像技术和二维超声技术诊断价值。方法选取2020年1—5月遵从《国际心脏病学会和世界卫生组织命名和诊断标准》内容确诊的心肌梗死患者22例,将上述患者采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,其中观察组患者实施多普勒组织成像检查,对照组患者实施二维超声检查,再选取健康检查报告进行对比,比较两种方式的检查效果和检查意义。结果多普勒成像速度图对心肌梗死患者壁室运动异常的阶段总检出率与二维超声相比较明显较高,并且检测出的梗死性和缺血心肌的准确性和敏感度均高于二维超声,特异度低于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒组织成像检查对于冠心病中心肌梗死的诊断具有重要意义,其效果显著优于二维超声,在临床应用上值得广泛关注和推荐。Objective To explore the application of Doppler tissue imaging and two-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing patients with myocardial infarction.Methods From January to May 2020,a total of 22 patients with myocardial infarction diagnosed in compliance with the"International Society of Cardiology and World Health Organization Nomenclature and Diagnostic Standards"were selected.The above patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,including the control group and the observation group.The observation group underwent Doppler tissue imaging examination.The control group underwent two-dimensional ultrasound examination.Then the health examination report was selected for comparison.The examination effect and examination significance of the two methods were compared.Results Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,the phase total detection rate of Doppler imaging velocity in abnormal wall motion of patients with myocardial infarction was significantly higher,and the accuracy and sensitivity of the detected infarct and ischemic myocardium were higher,and the specificity was lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler tissue imaging is of great significance for diagnosing myocardial infarction in coronary heart disease,and its effect is significantly better than that of two-dimensional ultrasound.It is worthy of extensive attention and recommendation in clinical applications.
