健脾生血方对胃癌性贫血患者的疗效及实验室指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾生血方联合重组人红细胞生成素治疗胃癌性贫血的临床疗效及实验室指标的改善情况。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月在湖南省直中医医院接受治疗的94例胃癌性贫血患者,对照组运用重组人红细胞生成素治疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上结合健脾生血方纠正贫血,治疗前后Karnofsky(KPS)功能状态评分、贫血相关指标水平改变情况进行统计分析。结果观察组和对照组治疗有效率分别为55.30%和38.30%(χ^(2)=2.735,P<0.05);控制率分别为85.10%和80.90%(χ^(2)=0.301,P>0.05)。观察组红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白等指标较对照组均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论健脾生血方联合重组人红细胞生成素可以有效改善胃癌性贫血患者相关实验室指标,有利于改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shengxue Prescription combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of gastric cancer anemia and the improvement of laboratory indicators.Methods A total of 94 patients with gastric cancer anemia who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was combined with Jianpi Shengxue Prescription to correct anemia on the basis of the control group.The changes of Karnofsky(KPS)functional status score and anemia related indicators before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 55.30%and 38.30%,respectively(χ^(2)=2.735,P<0.05).The control rates were 85.10%and 80.90%(χ^(2)=0.301,P>0.05),respectively.The red blood cell count,hemoglobin,serum ferritin and other indicators in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue Prescription combined with recombinant human erythropoietin can effectively improve laboratory indicators of patients with gastric cancer anemia,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
