益气活血法治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气活血法治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选取2017年2月~2020年2月我院门诊收治的82例左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者进行研究,随机数字法分为对照组(n=41)和治疗组(n=41),对照组进行盐酸曲美他嗪片的药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行益气活血法的药物治疗。观察分析两组患者三项指标、血清指标、E/E′及不良反应情况。结果 对照组治疗后LVEF及LVEDV高于治疗前,治疗后LVESV低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后LVEF及LVEDV高于治疗前,治疗后LVESV低于治疗前,治疗组LVEF及LVEDV高于对照组,治疗组LVESV低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后E/E′及NT-proBNP低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后E/E′及NT-proBNP低于治疗前,治疗组E/E′及NT-proBNP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与西医治疗相比,益气活血法治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭效果显著,可显著改善心脏舒张功能,降低NT-proBNP指标,减少不良反应,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of invigorating qi and activating blood in the treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction normal heart failure. Methods Selection from February 2017 to February 2020 of 82 cases admitted in our hospital clinic heart failure patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction, random number method is divided into the control group(n=41) and treatment group(n=41), the control of trimetazidine hydrochloride drug treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of yiqi huoxue method of drug therapy. Three indexes, serum indexes, E/E ’and adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed and analyzed. Results LVEF and LVEDV in the control group after treatment were higher than before treatment, and LVESV after treatment was lower than before treatment;LVEF and LVEDV in the treatment group after treatment were higher than before treatment, and LVESV after treatment was lower than before treatment;LVEF and LVEDV in the treatment group were higher than before treatment, and LVESV in the treatment group was lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). E/E ’and NT-proBNP in the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment, E/E’ and NT-proBNP in the treatment group after treatment were lower than before treatment, E/E ’and NT-proBNP in the treatment group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with western medicine treatment, the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction normal heart failure has a significant effect, can significantly improve the d/.iastolic function, reduce the index of NT-proBNP, reduce adverse reactions, has a high safety, is worthy of promotion.
