摘　　要：目的 探讨头皮针结合语言康复训练治疗中风后运动性失语的临床效果。方法 选择丽水市中医院康复科2016年1月~2020年12月收治的中风后运动性失语患者80例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组予语言康复训练,观察组联合头皮针治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗结束后评价疗效,比较两组治疗前后语言功能、实用交流能力,记录观察组不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组语言能力一般情况、听理解、复述、说、阅读评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组日常生活交流能力检查(CADL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生晕针2例、出血1例、血肿1例,均为轻度。结论 头皮针结合语言康复训练治疗中风后运动性失语效果显著,可有效提升患者语言功能及实际交流能力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke logaphasia. Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke logaphasia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation in Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40) according to the random envelope method. The control group was given language rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated after treatment, and the language function and practical communication ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. In addition, the occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was recorded. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The general language ability, listening comprehension, repetition, speaking and reading scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The Communicative Abilities in Daily Living(CADL) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There were 2 cases of fainting, 1 case of bleeding and 1 case of hematoma in the observation group during the acupuncture treatment, all of which were mild. Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of post-stroke logaphasia,which can effectively improve the language function and practical communication ability of patients.
